The leaf is gathered all year round. Our finest teas are made from these leaves that are plucked during the months of January and February. The best teas of the area give rich, golden and excellent quality liquor that is smooth, bright, and delicately perfumed.
Characteristics: A bright, brisk flavour and a wonderful perfume.
Brewing hints: Brew 2 teaspoons in two cups of water at 203 F. Infuse for 4 minutes.
Drinking recommendations: Good at any time of the day with a little milk or a slice of lemon.
