The central mountains, produce tea giving our distinctive mellow flavour. The best teas are plucked between June and September The dry wind that blows during this period gives the teas their fine taste and aroma.
Charateristics: Copper-colored infusion with a very smooth, pronounced taste and wonderful aroma.
Brewing hints: Place one teaspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4 minutes. Serve immediately or remove leaves to prevent spoiling. Can be enjoyed with milk or lemon to taste.
Drinking recommendations: A breakfast or day-time tea. Drink with milk. |
